Just run winzip instead of ark. Extract the zip to whatever directory you want eclipse to live in (like C:.../Program Files). If you are on windows, make sure you have a JDK installed AND that it is version 1.4.x or higher. Let me know if you need help setting that up. The steps are pretty much the same for Windows.
