					<description>Actually Sonjaya, I think the stress level moves exponentially the farther you get from your optimal salary - ie once expenses + leisure costs are met, higher salaries/jobs with more responsibilities increase stress, resulting in less happiness, and lower salaries (even for lower responsibilities) infringe on your homelife/comfort level...

there's a magic spot out there somewhere...just gotta find the right balance between income, job satisfaction, expenses, and homelife...  then the stress (no matter how huge it is) imparted by the actual job is completely manageable.
